The Underworld

"The Underworld" is a special area designed for elite level 20 characters.  Like "The Fissure of Woe", it can only be reached from The Temple of The Ages in Kryta, and then only when your region has "The Favour of The Gods".  Join an 8-person team, make a contribution to the 1000 gold a visit costs, listen to advice not to talk to NPCs and take quests or rush forward without permission, and you are ready to investigate a strange new area...

A first quest completed - just don't take the new one offered!
